Yes. It is necessary for someone to be available to accept delivery as we use a
secure courier who requires a signature as proof of receipt.
Furthermore, our carriers provide a door-to-door service, which does not
include carrying the items inside, carrying items upstairs, placement, or
removal of packaging. If your order includes larger items or you are not
comfortable carrying your items, we suggest having an additional person to
assist with the placement of your items inside.

We provides its customers with a 5-day period for returns.

You can return your item(s) within 5 days of the purchase date. If the
product(s) is not damaged or faulty, and you simply decided that you do not
want it anymore, you will receive a refund, less the outbound associated
shipping costs. Shipping costs will vary according to the item(s) and your
location.
In the unexpected event of receiving a faulty product(s) or you have a warranty
claim, please contact us by email at sanjeev@indianhub.com. Photos may be
requested to support the assessment of your claim. If the warranty claim is
accepted, we will arrange a replacement, a store credit or a refund for the
item(s), and cover all associated freight costs.

Yes. In case you wish to hold an item and wish to take its delivery at a later date
you can mention it while placing your order or send in a mail at
sanjeev@indianhub.com with the order screenshot. Please note that an order of
this nature will be a Prepaid order.

Orders once placed, if cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order are
entitled towards a full refund. We do not accept any cancellations once
products have been dispatched.

Western India Jodhpur where we have been manufacturing quality hand-

factory to you so there is no middle-man and hence we can pass on all the
